Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation by BREEZESUITES.IN

    While, we try to honour every seat reservation that has been successfully done with www.breezesuites.in in programs organized by it, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel the said bookings. Some of the situations that may result in your bookings being cancelled include (but not limited to):

    The program itself has been cancelled because Speaker/Performer is not available due to reasons beyond our control.

    • Limitations on number of rooms booked.
    • Venue not available due to reasons beyond our control.
    • Inaccuracies or errors in program content or pricing or promotion information.
    • Problems identified by our Credit & Fraud Avoidance Department.
    • Inaccurate or insufficient address.
    • Other unforeseen circumstances.

    At times we may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any reservation. We will contact you if all or any portion of the program is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your reservation. If your booking is cancelled after your payment has been done, the charged amount will be refunded to you as soon as we can.

    Cancellations by the Customer

    In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 48 hours of making the booking, we will be more than happy to cancel the booking and refund the entire amount to you. Please note that we will not be able to cancel those bookings that have been made in the last 24 hours before the booking.
